Return & Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Policy of https://topkiomart.com

Topkiomart will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

In the odd case that you do not love your Topkiomart products, here is our policy on returns:

• Products can be returned within 5 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way.
• Topkiomart.com team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.
• In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.
• We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, please create a ticket by Whatsapp Support.
• All returns are subject to the discretion of topkiomart.com
• Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
